Yvette Williams is a Senior Manager, Grassroots Advocacy for Johnson & Johnson. Previous responsibilities included managing relationships with national stakeholder groups and serving on an internal mental health policy committee advocating criminal justice reform for patients with serious mental illness. She previously served as a volunteer consultant in Argentina for a non-profit organization to ensure its sustainability and growth. As a member and regular guest speaker for several nonprofits, Yvette is also the recipient of a Top 21 in 2021 Excellence in Advocacy award. Prior to joining J&J, Yvette worked in the North Carolina juvenile services division while earning her degree in criminal justice and sociology.
