Norene Miller, most recently an HR Senior Leader for Comcast, joined Comcast in 2011 as the Vice President of HR Shared Services for Comcast, where she was responsible for providing HR services related to payroll, benefits, and learning as well as the administration of leaves of absence and other programs that her team administered across the Comcast business. As part of her role, Norene was also responsible for identifying new and innovative ways to provide and improve services delivered to 100K+ Comcast employees.

In 2017, Norene moved into a VP HR role for Comcast Business as an HR Business Partner and 18 months later, in 2018, she accepted an opportunity to get HR field experience by accepting the HR Leader role in Freedom Region. As the HR Leader, Norene’s role encompassed employee & labor relations, DE&I, compensation responsibilities, talent attraction and talent development as well as partnering in strategic HR work and organizational design. She has supported Comcast Business, Sales, marketing, Technical Operations and Construction.

Prior to joining Comcast, Norene spent several years in the customer service industry managing large customer operations, including leading multi-service center operations, and serving more than 10 million employees in a shared services environment as a third-party provider. Prior to leaving Ceridian to join Comcast, Norene served as the Senior VP of Account Management & HR Service Delivery at Ceridian LifeWorks.

Norene was awarded a juris doctor degree from the Temple University School of Law, where she concentrated in labor and employment law. She also holds an MBA with a concentration in strategic planning and a bachelor’s degree in operations management from Temple University.
