A co-founder of DMAX Foundation with his wife Laurie, Lee serves as the Foundation Board Chair and Co-President.  Lee is a certified public accountant, and former chief financial officer and controller. He is currently a CFO outsource consultant.  His work has spanned public and private companies including startup businesses.  Lee has an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, a Masters in Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree from Williams College. Lee and Laurie founded the Foundation in memory of their 18-year-old son Dan who died by suicide in 2013. The couple lives in Bryn Mawr, PA with their daughter, Samantha.
