Elayne is a pharmaceutical professional who worked in drug discovery and development for over 20 years. In 2020, she left her lab days behind and developed a penchant toward clinical trial operations. She now enjoys working closer to the patient as a Senior Global Data Manager at Johnson & Johnson.

In 2017, she learned of DMAX Foundation when Laurie and Lee delivered a presentation at J&J during World Mental Health Day festivities. Having struggled with depression and anxiety from childhood through adulthood, she wondered how her college experience could have been much different if DMAX clubs were around at that time. As the DMAX mission struck so close to home, and she has been an active supporter and advocate since then.

In her spare time, Elayne can be found running or riding her bike outdoors, riding her indoor bike trainer, or swimming in any body of water that allows. When she’s not training, she enjoys catching up with friends and especially spending quality time with her partner Mike and dog Toby.
