For 34 years prior to joining DMAX, Colleen had a prominent career at one of the greater Philadelphia area’s largest provider of children’s mental health services, Child Guidance Resource Centers (CGRC).

Colleen began at CGRC as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, and rose through the ranks to Manager of HR, VP of HR, Chief Operating Officer, and finally to CEO, a position which she held for eight years through 2024. Colleen holds an MBA from Drexel University.
